RIYADH, May 8 (Bernama-SPA) -- Malaysian pilgrims departing for Hajj have commended the Makkah Route Initiative at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) for its efficient and well-organised services, which have eased their pre-departure procedures and spiritual journey.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) on Wednesday, they commended the Kingdom’s efforts in facilitating their spiritual journey through the initiative, which encompasses reception, the completion of travel procedures, and smooth transition to the holy sites.
The pilgrims lauded Saudi Arabia’s commitment to leveraging both human and technological resources to serve visitors to the Two Holy Mosques, especially those benefiting from the initiative.
These efforts have enabled them to perform the Hajj rituals with greater ease and convenience.
They also conveyed their gratitude to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman for launching and supporting this notable initiative.
The pilgrims affirmed that the initiative provided them with high-quality services, allowing for the efficient and organised completion of their entry procedures into the Kingdom.
