He said the facility is equipped with international-standard amenities including a 160-kilometre endurance track, modern stables, a veterinary hospital, training areas, and other supporting facilities.
“To date, a total of 84 international-level equestrian tournaments and 30 national-level tournaments have been held at TIEP, making it the most active and prestigious equestrian sports venue in the region.
“In fact, TIEP also witnessed the success of Sultan Mizan, who clinched gold medals in both the Individual 80-kilometre Event and the Team Event at the 2017 SEA Games, a feat that brought pride to all Malaysians and especially the people of Terengganu,” he said.
