KUALA LUMPUR, May 16 (Bernama) -- The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) won the 'The Cornerstone - Best Landed Development (Honours)' award for the Aludra Residency project.
PKNS announced today that the award was received at the StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards 2025 ceremony at the One World Hotel here yesterday.
“This success further strengthens PKNS' outstanding achievements in the property development sector and demonstrates its continued commitment to developing two-storey urban homes, which is the latest concept in its urban area in Cyber Valley (CV).
The modern and luxurious 'barn house' design and the planned landscape highlight the uniqueness of Aludra Residensi during the evaluation session,” the statement said.
According to the statement, the award is very meaningful as it reflects PKNS' strong commitment towards contributing to development in Selangor by providing comfortable, safe residences complete with various amenities for buyers.
Strategically located, Aludra Residensi, which is the fourth project by PKNS in CV and is expected to be completed by December 2026, is equipped with facilities including a gated and guarded community, jogging track, children's playground, landscaped recreational area, private clubhouse, and prayer room.
The StarProperty Real Estate Developer Awards is PKNS' third participation.
Last year, the corporation won three awards through the Puteri Ariana project in Kota Puteri, Ixora in Antara Gapi, and the readers' choice category for the Discover PKNS 2023 campaign.
