JOHOR BAHRU, May 13 (Bernama) -- Yayasan Sultan Ibrahim Johor (YSIJ) today donated Smart TVs to the Muar and Tangkak district education offices.
The matter was announced in a post on Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar’s official Facebook page, accompanied by several photographs.
YSIJ chief executive officer Mohd Anizam Jamian presented the Smart TVs to Muar district officer Zainal Eran, and Tangkak district officer’s representative, Noorazimah Maaksom, before they were handed over to the respective district education offices representatives.
The contribution is part of efforts to support the education system, through digital teaching and learning initiatives.
Earlier, Mohd Anizam presented 1,000 food baskets to underprivileged residents of Muar and Tangkak, at a ceremony attended by recipients from diverse backgrounds, including taxi drivers.
