EXP REALTY'S CO-SPONSOR PROGRAM TO BOOST AGENT GROWTH, COLLABORATION

KUALA LUMPUR, May 2 (Bernama) -- The world’s largest independent real estate brokerage and the core subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc, eXp Realty, has officially launched its Co-Sponsor Program, aimed at fostering collaboration and accelerating growth across its global agent network.

First unveiled at eXpcon Montréal in April, the Co-Sponsor Program introduces a model of agent support by allowing new eXp agents and commercial advisors to designate both a Primary Sponsor and a Co-Sponsor.

The initiative seeks to enhance agent onboarding, development and retention through shared leadership and complementary skills, according to a statement.

eXp Realty chief executive officer, Leo Pareja said this initiative reflects how real collaboration drives performance in the industry.

Pareja added that by leveraging complementary strengths—such as marketing, operations, or team-building—agents can grow faster and more effectively within the community.

Under the programme, Co-Sponsors are eligible for a Level 1 revenue share and a 50 per cent Fast Start Bonus, recognising their role in helping new agents succeed. Meanwhile, Primary Sponsors retain full access to Level 2 to Level 7 revenue share, equity incentives and existing benefits.

The programme is designed to strengthen agent onboarding by increasing points of contact and bringing in varied expertise. It also supports scalable growth by expanding the network of support across organisations and geographies.
