AL ZORAH TO DEBUT LUXURY BEACHFRONT RESORT AJMAN WITH FOUR SEASONS IN 2026

KUALA LUMPUR, April 29 (Bernama) -- Al Zorah Development Company, a partnership between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, together with Four Seasons, has announced plans to open Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in 2026.

In a statement, the company said the beachfront luxury resort will undergo extensive renovations to the existing property, including upgrades to accommodation and public facilities.

The enhanced resort will feature 23 villas and 74 rooms and suites, all with private terraces offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. Located just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport, it promises a unique blend of comfort and natural tranquillity.

Al Zorah Development Company chief executive officer, George Saad emphasised that the project aims to transform the existing property into a world-class luxury destination, combining local culture with Four Seasons’ global standards. He hopes the project will attract global attention and elevate the region's appeal.

Meanwhile, Four Seasons president of global business development, portfolio management and residential, Bart Carnahan expressed excitement about expanding the brand’s presence in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He highlighted that this partnership with Al Zorah Development aims to deliver a world-class luxury experience highlighting Four Seasons’ renowned hospitality.

The resort’s design will integrate modern architecture with lush gardens, offering a state-of-the-art fitness centre, luxurious spa facilities, a private beach, and an 85-metre infinity pool with dedicated areas for adults and children.

Guests will also have access to a curated range of activities, including children’s programmes, diving excursions, and guided tours of the mangrove forests and natural creek. Golf enthusiasts will be able to play at the Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, home to an 18-hole championship course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The resort will also offer diverse dining options, including a global cuisine restaurant with panoramic sea views, a beach bar, and an Italian restaurant that blends local and international flavours—all set against breathtaking backdrops.
