MADANI AIDILFITRI CELEBRATION CONTINUES TOMORROW IN PAHANG

KUANTAN, April 10 (Bernama) -- The 2025 MADANI Aidilfitri celebration will continue in Pahang, the second stop after Melaka, with the event set to take place tomorrow at Pantai Batu Hitam, Beserah, here.

Organised jointly by the Pahang government and the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW), the celebration is expected to run from 7 pm to 10.30 pm and will be launched by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.

With the theme 'Ihsan Menyentuh Jiwa, Toleransi Menyatu Negara’, the celebration aims not only to highlight the values of compassion and the spirit of tolerance as the foundation of unity in diversity but also serves as a platform to celebrate Malaysia's cultural diversity in strengthening the values of harmony and societal well-being.

It will also provide an opportunity for a closer interaction between the people and leaders, reflecting the MADANI government’s openness under the leadership of the Prime Minister to listen to the voices of the people in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual goodwill.

The MADANI Aidilfitri celebration, expected to draw 10,000 visitors, will offer a diverse array of traditional Aidilfitri dishes, including lemang, sate, nasi himpit and more.

The event will be enlivened with performances by Hael Husaini, Datuk M. Nasir, Nadeera Zaini, Mawi, Daiyan Trisha, D' Rural Band, CSE Buskers, and the Pahang Cultural Club.

After Pahang, the MADANI Aidilfitri celebration will continue in Kelantan and Penang on April 12, Sarawak (April 19), Perak (April 25), and Perlis (April 27).
